The 5th running of the midwest's premier road mile is scheduled for Thursday, May 7th. This year the Medtronic TC 1 Mile is the official Road Mile for the USATF and will be the first ever USATF Road Mile Championship.

2009 WAVE START Tentative Schedule

The race will have multiple waves by age group. The race starts at 6:50 with each wave starting approximately 10-15 minutes apart. See chart below for wave information and approximate start times:

1	Mass Wave	6:50 p.m.
2	Masters Wave (40 and over)	7:06 p.m.
3	30-39	7:15 p.m.
4	29 & under	7:23 p.m.
5	Corporate Team Challenge Wave	7:35 p.m.
6	MN Team Circuit Championship and Open**	7:45 p.m.
7	USA 1 Mile Road Championship Female***	7:53 p.m.
8	USA 1 Mile Road Championship Male***	7:59 p.m.

WAVE INFORMATION
Participants have the option of running in different waves. The Mass Wave which includes all ages and abilities, the age group waves (2-4), and new for 2009, Corporate Team Challenge participants can run together in the Corporate Team Challenge Wave. Due to course time constraints, participants must be able to finish a 12 minute mile.

If you wish to run in a different wave, you do not need to let race officials know, your chip will register your time.
