’6 out of 6’ required for $1 Million IAAF Golden League Jackpot in 2009
The annual drama that is the season long campaign to claim the $1 Million Jackpot offered by the IAAF Golden League continues in 2009 with its ’winner takes all’ ethos that was reintroduced in 2007, with athletes required to win at all six meetings in the series to acquire at least a share of athletics’ biggest yearly payday. Should NO athlete manage to attain six wins and claim the $1 Million, then anyone with five victories will share half the original prize - $500,000.
As usual all Jackpot winners will be required to compete at the season ending IAAF World Athletics Final held in Thessaloniki, Greece, 12 – 13 Sep to qualify for their prize for accomplishing what is the toughest challenge in our sport.
