For those wondering why they were "hauled off"... simply because there were still hundreds of runners behind that needed to cross the mats, and to prevent them from colliding with one another. These women proved how much they wanted it.

I agree that there was a little mass hysteria going on but it looked like it was the staff that started the stampede. 90% of the women looked tired within reason but if they even blinked they were being hauled off like a sack of flour. I know they are volunteers and all and we're lucky to have them but you can do that job calmly too.

Coach A you are so very right! Cross Contry runners are top notch athletes that push themselves to the limit and beyond evry single race. These women gave their all and then some in this race. They are to be congratualated for such a couragous effort not laughed at and teased. They are not drama queens. They are athletes that gave their all and then some in the race.

You people have no clue how hard these women work. How dare you put them down....Hey "anonymous" do you even know Danielle Tauro??? If you did, you would NOT laugh at her...ever....that's terrible sportsmanship on your part, and not very cross country of you...get a clue.

Thanks for the video. It would be even better if whoever provides the commentary could learn a) more of the names, and b) how to pronounce them. You come across as a real men's XC fan here...hopefully you know the men's names better.

Great move by Nukuir! Looks like she had a plan and stuck to it. The results may not have gone according to plan, but it was a great move. It really looked like she was going to pull it out though didn't it?
Gotta laugh at the finish line too. I've been around the girls team at practice when they can't even control their bladders. YIKES!

What is the deal with these ladies who are all falling over after a 6k race? It looks like a war zone. The fence scene is unbelieveable! They also need to learn to run the tangents in a xc race.
