Plain and simple it was a great race. Early pace was slow but a strong move opened things up for the favorites. Then one by one they started dropping off and dropping out. Sell comes up for the final spot. And what a race by Khalid for 4th. Not many thought he'd even finish. And big props to Dan Browne. There is someone else that many had written off but he put himself in position late in the race. Time for a run.

Ryan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Psalm 37:4 - Delight yourself in the LORD
and he will give you the desires of your heart. You will be on the podium in Beijing. I'm fired up for all the winners because they were the core flotrack guys; they're up and coming and all have great family support. It's just great to see that all the sacrifice paid off. GO USA!

Fam and Mark - Live from the Trials

Uploaded By: Flotrack
As you watch the Olympic Trials online at NBC starting bright and early at 7:30 est. keep a window open on Flotrack, or a tab open if you have upgraded your ie in the last year, becuase Anthony Famigliti and Flotrack are going to be doing some video blogs as the race is in progress. Fam gave me a call a day ago and came up with this idea. We really don't know if it is going to work but we are going to try and get some behind the scenes interviews and..... Well I don't really know whats going to happen but i think it deserves a tab.
