This guy is one of the best motivations for middle of the pack runners... he inspires all runners that with the right attitude, dedication and hard work the sky is the limit!

Are you joking? who has ever taken so many misfits from div 2 and 3 that are okay runners and make them in the top 20 best marathoners in the country. THese guys work and train in a no altitude, Rocky style atmosphere. This guy is my inspiration,

on the contrary, i don't think he would have run under 2:15 if he wasn't with the hansons. i don't necessarily believe their program is the best, but it works for sell

Congrats, I never knew a guy that watches monster trucks on tv while on the tredmil would make it! Now I have more respect for hansons.

Great message in what Sell says. His HS 2 mile wasn't even under 10 minutes and now he is running with the big guns. shows how much commitment matters
