i kind of like sells litte bit better than Hall..if you pause this video at 28 seconds and liook at his facial expression or listen to heis voice..you'll understatnd...Sell's a good guy like him a lot ..an real inspiration

There is no "right" way to deal with trajic loss...give the guy a break...everyone deals with these sorta things in different ways...i can't even imagine what a strange feeling that might be having the best and the worst thing happen to you in one day...

He's being asked specific questions that do not pertain to Shay. He's not the kind of guy to overlook that stuff or let the moment overshadow the loss of his friend. I'm sure it's difficult to be in that position with such opposing feelings running through you.

Ryan, how about..just a tad...mention about your training buddy, the guy you warmed up with the day before? A bit too emotionless about life and death of a good friend. Your buddy died. The Trials is really nothing in comparison.

man this guy has accomplished so much considering how young he is! Definately one of my fav. runners ever, for his style and his personality and the way he handles situations. i laughed at his jacket though, looks like he's going off shore fishing in the rain haha!
