Well looks like Colten's plans for state domination didn't happen this year. It especially wouldn't have happened in 2A. Jason hamilton ran another great year.

look colton your times were awful in track i beet u pretty bad and ive got two shattered heels now whats this about stress fracture. i won state and you dont hear me complaining just run and quit making excuses jason hamilton is a beast on the cross country cours

Yeah, well considering I came off a stress fracture less than a 3 weeks from district and dropped 16 seconds in less than 2 weeks in a mile then I have to say its not a bad start. By the way I split well under 5 for the mile and 10 in the 2mile on several occasions..Baylor Invitational 1mile:4:43 2mile: 9:53.

well with an 11:00 minute 2 mile and a 4:42 mile in the 2008 track season I wouldn't have my hopes set too high on winning state in xc.

It doesnt matter if you train dieterich, Jason will dominate once again. He didnt have his best year and he will be back for vengeance to have a better time. Trust me Im his team mate.

You guys better hope Riesel doesnt move back down to 1A next year because Im coming for yall. Already ran 16:47 at Mcneil this year. So plannin to win either 1A or 2A next year!!!

Jason was not at his best in this race. He ran 15:35 for 5k last year at district.I know him,and since he plans on training through track this year, he should be much faster next year.He is a clown though.

Well Jason Hamilton wooped ass this year he was undifeated this whole year didnt lose a race. A well trained athlete. A solid piece of american steel.

I think if everyone wold run Pavvo that they would be a heck of a lot better, Colbey Lowe runs it and he won his race, Jason Hamilton runs it and he won his race.
