wish our coach had not seen this as he is is trying these exercises out on us and it hurts like hell- painful also, hope we see improved results soon in our fitness and times.

Chris was kind enough to answer questions about his HS days, his collegiate career and his goals for his post-collegiate career. Personally I was taken aback listening to the narrative of his "medical event" in 2007, yet listening to his story quickly makes him someone you'll want cheer for between now and the 2008 trial in Eugene. A native of Rozel Kansas (population 182) Chris played football on Friday nights and ran cross country races on Saturday as a High School athlete. The DVD contains this interview as well as a 20 minute video (edited, but uncut) of him performing his Tempo Warm-Up routine, which consists of roughly 35 different exercises. The exercises in this DVD are the simplest, easiest exercises that you can do to improve your running. Many of the exercises here are intended to prevent injury while others are intended to improve your general strength. In the next DVD we'll move towards exercises that develop power but in the mean time sit back, watch the videos and ask yourself, "How can I become a better runner?"
