are you still in the process of putting up the rest of the heats, for example the mens mile? just curious.

regarding the 5ks, sorry but we only had time to get the first heat. we had to get over to the Boston Indoor Games before its was over so we stayed as long as we could. we'll look to try and get everything next go round

M 3k H8 is really Heat 1 of the Men's 5k. There were 3 or 4 other sections of the Men's 5k. Any idea if these are going to be posted or did the crew pack up a little early ;) ?

So apparently this is where everyone is posting, two videos that would be great if you could fix, the men's heat one 800m and the men's heat one 3000m

Ryan and Mike, the other runner you are referring to is Pitt's Sam Bair (spelling?) he has finished between 4 flat and 4.01 multiple times coming up just short of the barrier, sometimes with circumstances beyond his control (runner falling on final straight) preventing him from reaching this goal. He again came up short at Penn State this weekend.

that's a nasty race, opening 64? and then blowing away like that, that guy has to be capable of 357-356 no doubt. if not more.
