This "lap guy" seems to be making some noise.. But specially the fact that he is breaking NAIA rules by already competing in Mexico. That seems like some serious charges. Has anybody reported him???
sounds like what he is doing is illegal...

It's not like parra has done anything anyway. sure he made the finals that's it. never scored anyways. He has made no difference.

parra ran a weird race from the gun. he kept cycling from the inside position in like 7th/8th to the front, falling back and repating like 4 times in the first few laps. he cut me off every time, you can see me put my hands up on one of the straight aways a few laps in trying to avoid contact as he cut me off. it was a bit absurd, but what can you do. such is life.

Here is a little data on the lap runner, Porfirio Parra competes for the entire 2005 season for LATTC a community college in Los Angeles, California while it was found that he had attended a post secondary school(a university in Mexico). Furthermore, he continues to compete for the 2006 season until he was forcefully remove from the State meet starting line. He has fail to make any efforts to self-report his running activities in Mexico, and until now, he continues to illegally compete for Dickinson State in North Dakota.

Dude, Porfolio Parra, you still have to have sportsmanship, if you want to stay with the leaders when they lap you, do it on the outside. It looks like you interrupted Too's stride in the last curve, that's really low dude. And, don't they teach english at Dickinson State???

Don%u2019t worry Porfirio Parra , the most important thing was that you were there in the national finals, where many people would like to compete. It was just a bad day, you know with good training you can beat those guys. Good luck for the next time.

To the lapped runner, Porfirio Parra, what were you thinking? What a disgusting way to race. Not only did you get in way of the real race (of which you were not apart) you pretty much just quit on that last lap. If your going to kick it in to avoid getting lapped and get in the way of the real runners at least man up and finish hard instead of walking across the finish line in a pathetic 1556. Your lucky Too is a nice guy becuase had I been running the 5 and in his place I would have considered knocking you off the track. The only thing that would have held me back would have been the possibility of getting DQ'ed. Doubt that would have happened though becuase most people would be happy to see you knocked off the track after that despicable performance.
