Shadrack is a very hard worker and one of the nicest people you could ever meet. He won because he is the best!!! Maybe you would have a better chance if you would stop wasting energy on your pathetic jealousy.

yeah, kenyans are good cause they work hard. Same thing with the Ethiopians. You don't build a great runner without the training, whether it comes now or whether its come from their lifetime, running as schoolboys. Sheet...

To the comment listed above, as a fellow teammate and speed training partner with Shadrack, yes he has been injured in the past, but lately he has been working hard and frankly I haven't really seen him on a bike. He's on the track with the rest of us. In shorter terms, he's a hard worker and deserves every win he has earned.

I can't belive he won again

He is so injured all the time and does most of his training on a bike, This guy is the defenition of a Kenyan that doesn't work hard but still kicks ass in a race
