might want to keep an eye out for navy at penn this year. the anchor leg looks like all-american paul harris (1:47.55 PR).. looks around 1:52 in this race so if he runs to form and the 1st/3rd leg drop ~1.5s each (they have 3 weeks) thats already a 7:20

The second leg for Navy was Craig Meekins, he service selected (What job he's going to do once he graduates) is SEAL, you know professional badass. He's the real deal and a good dude. Paul Harris was an indoor all-american in 2007, so he's got the experience. Navy aint that bad, they're just in a small conference (Patriot). Watch them in the next few years blow up.

why wouldnt they announce they have the fastest time this year "Stupid old guy?" and its not Peen Relays, it "Penn Relays" which will be good. when watching this video, i would say Everett and Manzano have nasty kicks and are both capable of spliting 147. Rumor has it Manzano ran a 145 mid in time trials before world championships this summer. 149 lead off by Miller will do the job at Penn. Hernandez will anchor 146. Question is will they break NCAA record at Penn? what is the college 4x8 record for NCAA?

I love how mark calls 54 pace no fast....then they end up coming back in like 56. if it wasn't that fast they would hold it.
