bradhuff ran his fastest time this year, coulda ran smarter to hold off CJ, but who cares, it's over. i ran a 2 flat; worst i've ran all year,but we still PR'd so there's still lots of room to improve.

i havent done any distance training since last summer cause i was gonna run cross but decided not to right when the season started they were at like 15 mi long runs and that just wasnt for me but yeah i know i could have ran a lot smarter race but thats just where experience sets in it was my second race and im happy with my 2:01

haha just messing with you 48 split after the 4x8 is pretty good you should be able to run alot faster in that 800

youve got a lot to learn bradhuff. u must be new to this whole running scene because you got a chance to run the 4x8!just cause im not in the video doesnt mean ur better smart one :)

least i can run a 2:01 you try doin that and then goin and running a 48 split in the 4x4 an hour later then maybe you'll be the one running in the video

you say im an idiot yet i dont see you out there running the second fastest time in the nation it was my second 800 ive ever ran in my life and i went out a little to fast so what i still ran a 2:01 and held off everyone but cj brown

I hope CJ makes it to state in the 800m and focuses on that, cause there is no way he beats the freshamn Craig Lutz at Regionals to get there.

Great run by South Lake Carrol. All averaged around 155. Keep up the good work. Georgetown also did a good job.
