What is Eyestone doing uncomfortably lurking on his shoulder, what a freakish weirdo.

I almost fell out of my chair when he was asked: "So this maturation process, has it been exponential or more linear?"...uhh...that's sorta like asking a beggar what color his Mercedes is.The reporter at the end was more in tune with the situation...asking frankly about both physical health and mental health. It's obviously been a struggle for Allan...hope he gets off on the right foot today and makes the team in 3 weeks without too much anxiety...then he'll have a chance to get himself properly mentally prepared for a big effort in Beijing.

I think Webb does have the ability to medal at a world champs/Olympics. What screws him up is getting his ego in the way and leading far ahead in the beginning the race like at Helsinki. Hopefully hes learned from his mistakes and is ready in August

He definately seems more at ease this year. Not sure if thats just from being out of the media for a while or just maturing but Im glad to see that he has some actual confidence.
