He was a member of Auburn HS in Auburn, Washington's National HS Record 4x800m relay team from 2001 and also was on their DMR team

One of the smoothest runners I've ever seen, which is kind of a curse because it looks like he isn't trying very hard. He seems WAY overdue to rip a huge PR.

Good video. I think it reflects his personality. I used to not know who he was, now i feel like hes someone i can root for at the Oly Trials. It shows he doesnt just run.
Now if there was just one of these videos for Anthony Famiglietti.

I think she was referring to when he isn't training, that is when he eats an entire thing of ice cream (ie. when he is taking a break from running in the fall)

Thanks for sharing....great video on Chris....but chris has a lot to learn about nutrition! A quote for KB when ask why he was so good...one reason he stated was "I don't eat ice cream even though I love it"!.....Sacrifice the JUNK FOOD!.... KB the great Knows

it is interesting because this is the first person in the series so far that is not a shoe in to make the olympics, thus adding an element of drama, the others may not have.

I'm really torn inside. I really am a big fan of chris but also leo and lagat and webb...it sounds like a mom thing to say, but I wish they could all go, i still really admire their work ethic.
