Pretty obvious thats a sprinters diet. A distance runner would never get away with crap carbs like pasta roni, show the difference in discipline levels as you move up in distance.

USA 200 meter runner, Shalonda Solomone lets us into her home in Columbia, South Carolina and cooks dinner for us. Professional athletes have to eat well and she takes us through one of her regular meals.
