What a first-rate fellow. It would have been nice to have heard him talk about how he developed his warm-up routine, which Ritz, Flanagan, Rupp, and many other elite long distance runners use, and what the principles of the routine are.

I'd love to hear more from Dan. His experience is considerable and i've heard he has a great perspective on the sport, as he began to demonstrate in the video.
