So, the Russians all got busted. Soboleva, Cherkasova, Tomashova. Good riddance! They all had just a bit too much (ahem) talent. Thank goodness they were caught in time.

Shannon, I figured that you had a great chance to medal, but with the cheaters out, now I'm sure of it!
Shannon, I hope you become America's darling. you are already our darling (of the distance running community). We couldn't have a better representative for our sport or our country.
Go girl! We'll be screaming for you!
