yea, well it was initially top top 4 from each heat and then 4 from time. They changed it, so he would of qualified had it been the original plan.

ok jb, if that is even you're real name, sure people in the first heat could have ran faster, but they didn't buddy. i never said i didn't understand all the logistics of it, or that pifer is better than other athletes or anything of that nature. i just think there are much better ways of doing it a$$hole (and i mean that in the nicest way)

bummer, that is sorta a stupid comment, its not like the other guys couldn't have run the same time, they just didn't. The second heat will almost always be faster because guys no what they are shooting for, its not as tho Pifer would've run the exact same time if he had shifted heats. If you don't get that, which I'm sure HE does, then you aren't much of a track fan.

he ran 3 seconds faster than people that made the final in the other heat. what a dumb way to advance people.
