he is a very humble guy i ran a easy 8 mile with him back in November 2007 , his wife is a good friend of mine. i wish him the best and he is coaching himself , which is encouraging to see for those lone wolfs training out there

I look forward to this guy making some serious waves in the near future. What a year, came from no where to the finals at the OT. Hopefully, he'll head off to Europe (let's go sponsors! get this guy some money!) and pop some fast times.
