Steve, I am really sorry- these things happen to a lot of us around age 30. Its a damn shame it happened today and would have been great if you could join Nelson in China. I remember you telling me about how tough he was and predicting great thing about Billy Nelson, and you were spot on.

um, it's the trials. i feel bad for him, I do, but c'mon man. My coach says that overanalyzing it in a race is the worst thing because you conjure up and over exaggerate injuries. . Who was that woman from Portugal that ran with a nearly ruptured Achilles in the 10k, where they ran a PRELIMS, and came away with the gold? Now that is a racer.
