Chisato Fukushima wins the women`s 100 m at the 2008 Japanese National Track & Field Championships at Todoroki Stadium, Kawasaki, on 6/29/08. Fukushima failed to qualify for the Beijing Olympics but was later added to the team after winning the July 6th Nambu Memorial 100m.
