$35 +shipping? ...The feeling i'm getting from other message boards (dyestat etc.) is that the Black Cactus shirts are a little out of people's price range. Is that the actual cost of production, or is there some charitable donation being made that I'm not seeing?

What meets are you attending? Are you doing the same tour as Mark last year?

I work for the meet in Brasschaat, Belgium (the one where Mark got a little excited when Alan Webb ran 3.46.91). So if there is anything I can do ... just let me know!

lived in australia for 7 weeks with similar pack,,, shoes take up the most space and are heavy,,, most important thing to know is you can always pick up certain things while your traveling so don't bring much.

Ryan, I have England, Ireland, Northern Italy, and Germany hooked up for you. Let me know when or if you need a place to stay in any of these countries and I have got you a free house/room! Hit me up. I can also hook you up with a bike over there if you need one, since flying it over will be a pain.

You better call the airline before you try flying your bike. I flew my bike to California (from Atlanta) on Delta and it was $120 each way. Europe might be a bit expensive to fly your bike.
Clif Bars are a great snack and can hold you over till your next meal. Plus they are easy to travel with. Just dont get the one with mint on it, cause it melts in the heat.
And this one might be a no brainer- but dont forget your passport, also if you have time, photocopy 2 copies, one for yourself as a spare and another for Mark or someone at home to have in case you loose it. A photocopy can really speed the process up of getting a new one.

aight i hope you havnt peaced it yet, so if you havnt some advice

1) LOTS AND LOTS OF SUCKS AND UNDERWEAR. i know its cliche but its true, you can never have too many pairs
2)cut off jeans...none of that daisy duke crap, just right below the knee, like some huck finn . they are comfy and just roll em up and you dont look like one of the hill billys. that and chicks dig cut off jeans. FACT!
3)only bring your black cactus T, its all you will ever need, ive worn my for 5 days straight and received atleast 15 comments on it.
4)get yourself a canadian flag key chain or patch or something to put on your back pack and say EH alot so people dont hassle you.
5) public transportation there is amazing, utilize it.
thats my two cents, now go off to europe and have the time of yo life!
