I predict Spearmint's 5k pr is somewhere between 18:30 and 25:00.

Basically Spearmint 3/4 of a mile to nearly 1.5 miles behind when Ian is finishing.
If you can beat them, you have earned the right to criticize, but in the meantime, work on that 5k pr.

spearmint, is the guy supposed to be superman? he made the olympic team. i'm sure he sucked a lot less than you.

Ian Dobson Workout

Here's a workout with Ian Dobson while we were in Leuven in July. Just some maintenance work as he prepares for some upcoming European races and the Beijing Olympic 5k.
