I was cheering for him so hard and then... geez I've never seen somebody ran a last 200 like that!! it was sad but I couln't help laughing the way he was moving there... very painful

if chris's technique is even halfway decent, i believe hed' be a great steepler. He's got nothing to lose and his 5k strength will pay off in the steeple.

Hey Chris,

Forget about the trials, keep focused, enjoy Europe, and kick ass in Europe. You are one of the best American runners out there. You absolutely can set the American record in the 5k. You have a lot of fans who have a lot of faith in you. Sub 13 is not out of your fitness range--just out of your confidence range right now.
