Every Monday at Universities all over the country, coaches meet with their teams to discuss results from the weekend, layout the upcoming week, and point out things the squad needs to work on. So every Monday Flotrack will bring you an interview with coaches from all over the US to talk about their programs, goals, and how they got to where they are today.

Coach Michael Whittlesey has coached many greats while at UNC including Blake Russell, Alice Schmidt, Carol Henry, Shalane Flanagan, and Brie Felnagle. Coach Whitt talks about his athletes over the years and how he got to UNC in 1999.
