Wow if Flotrack can get a Workout Wednesday with Washington it would be AMAZING!! One with the top men's team, and one with the top women's team.. (not counting Oregon here for a second)!!

What ased on his thorough a great approach...dancing to your own rhythm....as wel as controlling the controllables. Alot of his team's success must come back to his thorough pre-race planning especially the part about staying healthy.
Let's whoop it up for them on the 24th!!!

Greg Metcalf, Washington

Washington coach Greg Metcalf led his Huskie Women to a clean sweep of the Pac-10 Championship on October 31st. Washington placed 6 runners in front of every Pac-10 team, including the #2 ranked Oregon Ducks (who hosted the meet). With two weeks left, Washington is favored to win the 2008 NCAA Championships in Terre Haute, Indiana on Nov 24th. Metcalf talks about "controlling the controllables" and their chances as they prepare for this year's championship.
