Introducting Speed River TC

We all know of Zap Fitness, Hansons-Brooks, McMillian Elite, etc... as training groups throughout the United States, but are there groups like this in other countries?? Yes there is. Flotrack was contacted by Speed River Track Club out of Guelph, Canada so we decided to start a new series with this Canadian running group to see meet their group and see what its like to train in Canada. Speed River had two Olympians this year in Taylor Milne (1500) and Eric Gillis (10k). Reid Coolsaet (a Flotrack blogger) is also a member of this squad.

The opening video in the series meets with Speed River and University of Guelph coach Dave Scott-Thomas to talk about how he started the program.
