Canadian 3000 Meter Steeplechase Champion Rob Watson discusses the difference between collegiate and post-collegiate running, his current training and how West Virginia University cutting their team affected him. Watson was an NCAA Finalist in the Steeple at Colorado State in 2007 and has PRs of 3:47, 8:38 and 14:12 (roads).
