Hey guys, do you think we could have a Jordan Hasay workout?? That would be AMAZING and get a ton of views!

the team sweeps race is supposed to be for fast teams and the individual races are for fast individuals, however it doesn't always work out that the fastest individual is in the individual race, more times than not the fastest time of the day comes from the team sweeps race. A D1 race is for large schools and then school size goes down as the division number rises. In order to get all the races in they have a race go off every 8 minutes and therefore have 3 races on the course at a time, except for the sweeps races which get the course to themselves. that is why the bibs are different colors so that organizers, volunteers and spectators know who's in what race

So, what is the difference between a Div 3 race and a Div 1 Team Sweeps race and an individual Sweeps race...and all that crap. someone explain to me what all this is...and how the hell they get 110 races done in two days.
