great runners make a fast pace look like their easy run pace..idk how to explain it but watching adam goucher run a workout he looks the same as he does when he goes for an easy run

Total of how many minutes of running, and how many hard, how many easy?
Like, 9 minutes hard, 3 easy, 6 minutes hard, __ easy..? Anyone know?:

only 3 from their top 5 are foreign. sheridan and mohamed went to hs in the US. mohamed is actually i think morrocan but went to hs in new jersey.

Episode #2 - Iona Gaels (Updated)

The Iona Gaels were the runner up last year at the NCAA XC Championships. Although they've graduated one some of there runners, they've got some promising new comers. They are going into this weekend at the Paul Short Invite as the #4 ranked team. Here's a fartlek run with their top 4 from Sept 19th as their preparations for November continue....
