Would second the title for the honey claws as well as the site. Also, where can I get a flotrack hat? I would advertise at all of the NYRR races.

Judging by the Episode #6 workout, you have a great group to train with.
I will be about 2 hours right behind you. I will be wearing running shoes and a Team for Kids Singlet and I usually run a little bit on the right side of the road. Can't miss me.

ATTA way to go....your vocabulary usage is intriguing...liking it. Maybe you need a marathon a month for continued surprises. I am voting---given unpredictable weather conditions (and not considering too heavily the lack of serious training) for 3:13. That is much more respectable than a slow death or a drop out. Video was great.

The Flotrack boys = so cute! Funny to see 'em running instead of talking about running.
Go Mark! Somebody give him a sammich and a milkshake when it's all over, 'cause he looks skinny.

Good luck Mark! Ryan says you've run up to an 1:50 in training, so you must be somewhat ready for this. 2:52:20 is my prediction time. Your next marathon will be 15-20 minutes faster though. Have fun out there.

I'm thinking 2:44:21 for the loss to Yewer of 2006, his ghost is getting revenge from the Leuvin 800. Though, I am not so sure, that wasn't a half bad workout. I don't know your exertion, however. I'm shooting for a 2:35, and I hope to see you dying from going out too hard--I'll say what's up as I pass you
