They have giant speakers out there and pipe in music at the start. The announcer is probably the guy you're hearing.

Great job on the coverage. I loved the intermediate scoring. It almost feels like I'm watching a tv program with a 7 figure budget.

a video may not show a hill (since you get 5 minutes of a 24 minute race)
but i bet dan would have been feeling the hills.

I love race coverage--that is what makes this website tops over the others. However, this was choppy.
I liked the intermediate scoring that was done.
I liked the predictions of breaking points in the race.
However, I didn't like that you did it while the race was occuring. Perhaps that would be better done before the gun then you could still show key places in the race such as 1k, 3k, 5k, 7k, finish.

Your flotrack coverage this year was a lot worse than last year. I really don't want to see commentators or racers who have finished as much as I would like to see the race, and more of the guys racing. Poor job, this year.

i think john is the next marty liquori announcer...good job guys. Looking more like ESPN instead of flotrack.
