its used to be the the top 25 at NCAA regardless of nationality got All-American, along with the top 25 true Americans. This year it was changed and now the top 40 individuals, whoever it may be, will be honored as All-Americans

Susan Kuijken, FSU

Last year Susan Kuijken finished 3rd at the NCAA XC Championships. She followed up her great season with a indoor championship in the 3k (8:58). After indoors she came down with a plantar injury that took her out much longer than anticipated. She worked hard to finish as an All-American in outdoor, but now that she's healthy she'll be looking to do bigger and better things!

This past weekend she finished second to Brie Felnagle at Notre Dame and with 2 weeks until Pre-Nats, FSU is ranked #3 in the nation.

Check out Susan's Seminole Profile HERE.
