Weird lighting makes him look funny. He actually looks quite normal and not all that Owen Wilson-like IRL.
Keep up the comeback and take it steady my man!

CA runner I agree. The lack of dreads makes a huge difference. It's like some random guy claiming to be Mineau.

He reminds me of someone but can't place him. . . don't know if it's another runner or some guy on TV. Anyhoo, he seems very grounded and mature. Best of luck! Nice smile too.

Jeremy Mineau, Washington

Two years ago as a sophomore the future looked bright for Jeremy Mineau. During the '06 Indoor season Jeremy set the UW indoor 5k record (13:54) and then ran the second fastest 10k all-time outdoors at UW (28:49). He followed up a great track campaign with a 53rd place finish at the '06 NCAA Championships, just outside the All-American honors. Soon after injury struck. Two stress fractures and almost two years later, Jeremy is back! Most recently he finished 10th at the Pac-10 Championships, leading his team to a 3rd place finish. With the West Regional in two days, Jeremy likes Washington's chances at getting to another NCAA Championship. We'll see this Saturday!

Jeremy's PBs:
1500m.......3:54.21
Mile.......4:11.68i
3000m.......8:15.00i
5000m.......13:54.03i
10000m.......28:49.69
