Alot of focus Luke and this year you seem to know what you need to do. Keep up the hard work and it will pay off. Derby misses you but the weather looks sooo much better where you are.Keep healthy and stay strong.

Nice, I agree...a fout interview would be pretty good to see. I'd expect to see a lot out of him this season.

Well, they did get Indiana's best high school recruit, if he can stay healthy.
I haven't heard recently whether or not he is healthy...
Best to you Fout and the rest of the Seminoles.

At least Florida State is consistent in there recruiting plan. I guess they don't think they can be competitive in recruiting high caliber runners from the U.S.A so they recruit out of the country? Is it that their academics are lacking or their party school image or what?

Nothing against Luke he seems like a decent guy

Luke is really focused on what he needs to do.That's the most important frame of mind you need to be in if you want to go to the next level.

Luke Gunn, FSU

Luke Gunn was hoping to become the NCAA steeple champ this past outdoor season. When it didn't happen he decided he would be back at Florida State and fortunately was granted a '6th year' (3rd year in reality). He'll be thinking alot about what he'll be doing next year, whether that is the 'real world' or becoming a professional runner. In cross, the Seminoles finished 20th at NCAA last year and are looking to make bigger strides in '08. As he enters his final year as a collegiate, Luke discusses the Seminole team's goals for the cross season and also his personal goals for 2008-2009.

Check out Luke's full profile and the FSU roster HERE.
