i love the old school weight rooms it makes me feel like rocky. i'm always trying to get frozen cows and chains in our weight room.

I live on the floor with all the guys and Adriane. They are all great guys and girl. Adriane is prob the best singer ever haha!! Walsh you did a good job in the video....all of you guys and Adriane are great to live with and if I had to choose again where to live I would have made the same choice!!

I think this is like the 5th year in a row ISU has hosted the Championship race. If I'm not mistaken, they already have it locked for next year also.

This cross country team is not just impressive with their running skills, but they are all amazing people. I have had the pleasure of living a few floors below them all, and have enjoyed getting to know them. They truly enjoy their sport and love it with a passion. This video rocks, but doesn't show how great all of these guys are! You guys rock : )

Thats pretty sweet how they all live together like that. Probably makes it a lot easier to get people up for early morning runs and long cold runs in the winter.

I am impressed with ISU. Looks they have pretty good thing going. They do a great job at NCAAs and Pre nats and it seems tlike coach McNichols is pretty involved and passionate about moving the program forward. If we had more coaches and schools like this XC and Track would be a bigger deal.
