It doesn't just semmed cold there it was cold I ran that Race but 8km Junior and it was freezing but fun

Actually, race day forecast is something like, high of 47 with scattered showers. Lame. I was hoping to see some snow racing.

So I was trying to find either USA XC in the snow where Ryan Hall won or the NCAA xc vid from Iowa State where Keith kelly won. Those were some cold days to run. Does anyone have those vids?

More course changes?

I think it's not fair for the teams from the south... Why do the NCAA host 7 out of 8 meets in the North on the same course? Why is there no central location...and more course changes? It's going to be a fun race though can't wait!

I think Northeast can handle a little snow, after having to run in all that mud at Van Cortlandt! That is real cross country! Not perfectly maintained flat golf courses.

German Fernandez or Sam Chelanga will win because this course is not Rupp certified.

I think the essence of cross country is fighting the element, and not necessarily who has the best 10k time.

I know the human body can endure cold, I witnessed it in the championships in 2003 when they were in Waterloo, IA, and I myself run year around. Wow, that was one cold day in waterloo. But why don't they put the championships in a more mild climate?? Is it a competition to see how hard of conditions it can be, or are we trying to see who the fastest runner is?

Their hands are fun, unique to the individual. If you want nice hands and proper casting techniques, you can watch the news.

Dang-I watch Ryan's nose get cold and red as I chill on my patio in 75 degree weather...Ha! but I wish I was there.

Of course they used scooters, didn't watch the video earlier in the week? Do you think these fine men would 'pull your leg' by just saying they would take scooters from Texas to Indiana? No, they are serious guys with a serious mission. Thank goodness you can believe everything the flotrack dudes say!

the course will not be rupp certified...they better clear it off and make it at least 40 degrees out or rupp shouldnt run
