Jaque Talyor 30th

Here it is 3 days before the Foot Locker 2009 and she's her division winner and third among all divisions at the California State Meet. She's an easy 10th place finish at Foot Locker West, no pressure behind her, and running at Balboa Park on Saturday!

From 8th to 9th grade, and even more in 10th, she shot up like a rocket, probably grew a foot. With the miles she's running now she isn't retaining any body fat. I hope by her senior year she includes a little upper body strength into her training. I think that would put her near the top of the State list and in the Foot Locker next year. She's an awesome athlete and will get into a great college program.

Oh cmon, she could lose 15lbs easy..
