UW all the way!” i see where you're coming from but it doesn't make sense... like you said, less turns = faster times but 300m tracks have MORE turns... that would make the conversion faster time faster than what rupp ran....... reply

Also German broke his National Jr 3k record this year with his 7:47 3k at one of the Washington indoor meets. reply
