i understand german's the man and all and 3:42 is pretty swift but plenty of people have run better this season and not gotten any hype

He didn't just run a 3:42.
He's a true freshman who won a Big 12 1500 meters.
Do some of you get it or do you just like complaining about what you can't do?

David, why don't you go teach an English class or something because nobody here wants to listen to your damn grammar and spelling lessons. , everyone knows what the people are saying, does a misplaced comma or a minorly misspelled word really matter? Why don't you try doing something productive in your life? Possibly try getting the out of your ass and stop being such a .

Thanks Really. I didn't know Chase uploaded the 8 and the 4. This made my day. Now I can get a hard-on to three races before regionals. Thanks Chase most of all. I remember Chase recorded one of my embarrasing races back in high school. That boy always had his camera out. Seriously Chase thanks, I know how hard it is for you to record races. Track isn't the greatest of sports. So to pull out a camera and silently record usually renders you an outcast. Your services are greatly appreciated. Keep on doing what you do.

It wasn't to windy during the Finals. Vail won the 10k, then ran all out to make the finals in the 1500m the next day.. So he legs weren't much of anything I imagine come finals on the third day. I find it funny that people say this is a boring vid.. Whenever a German vid pops up everybody has to see it and when the vid isn't there everybody body cries because they can't get a hard on watching him. Shut up and enjoy the fact that someone pulled out a camera for everyone to get to see this, and Gil Roberts run a 44.86, plus Jacob Hernandez get owned by his team mate. Good job Chase, thanks for the vids

It's obvious that a combination of still having another race, having no comp, and a slight altitude all played a part so his time should not be looked at as much as how easily he dominated...

I tried to read a book but it was too hard. I think I am developmentally delayed. Maybe I will be able to read in a few years. With the stem cell reasearch under way, I might be able to accomplish the reading of a book sooner than I think. I am also black so it is pretty hard to even find a quiet place. The last time I tried to read a book was back in 83 and my elongated. The librarian said they are not supposed to have that effect. I didn't tell her that an asian saw me reading(or trying) and made me love her long-time. I try to spare most people details. But I tell you me, the librarian indeed had a big romp. I think I am going to try to read tommorrow at my local library: Giggity Giggity.

Son, you don't need that many dam_n commas. I'm sure you meant "constant" mispelling. Commas are usually used before someone speaks. Jane said,"Chicken Waffles." Not when you "qoute" something.

He wasn't trying 100%, almost every conference championship race is slow, he will need everything he's got for nationals anyway. I mean he ran his last lap in only 60 flat. For a 3:55 miler, he could have at least hit a 54-55 last lap if he went all-out at the end.

I know the difference between weak and slow but just cuz one guy had the guts to run away from everybody else does not mean the race was weak.

And I just thought it was funny what he said about jenny cuz he made it sound like flanagan or goucher or many others don't exist. And in my opinion jenny isn't on sara and shalane's level yet.

He does sound like Optimus Prime! haha! You know, I agree that weak and slow are two different things. We are so time driven in this sport that we don't stop to think about the race itself. You also can't really compare the pac-10 and this race together, two different turn-outs and races, and like said before, the depth is so deep in the pac-10. German was alone and had no challenges.
