M 5k H02 (**US Junior Record) 5k

I absolutely love running but I have lately had and injury...I am just starting for cross country and i am just wondering how to manage to run so fast during the long long races!!!!!

Can anything be done about getting videos to play quicker..takes forever for it to download and although good quality,by the time it takes to download it Im off the site.

This is a beautiful race, and just as beautiful is Mark Floreani's commentating! Mark, I laugh my ass of at your excitement and the hilarious things you say when you get pumped! Some people think you're wacky but I share the exact same excitement that you feel during these races. You're doing track and field justice like no one else out there right now. Can't help but think you had a couple of drinks or something on this night! You seem even wackier than usual but i love every second of it man.

Is the prince fernandez going to grace us with his presence at the NCAA's or is thier some obsure race in europe he is competing in that weekend. he runs the show there no the coach. Please German grace us we are not worthy!!

Derrick's race was the gutsiest thing. He realizes he has two to go after he was already into what he thought was his last lap!
