Mark and Ryan anyone not interested in the mental side of sport clearly has never coached and frankly does not really understand competition. Beautiful video. reply

Bob Bowman

There are a lot of great coaches out there and many of which are outside of track and field. Although it may not be the same sport, the idea of mental preparation and competition can carry across many different playing fields.
