Purchased your book a few weeks ago and read it...I really enjoyed it...
I like the idea of getting runners up to the fundamental levels during the introductory phase so it will reduce the possibilities of injury by jumping up in volume in the middle of the fundamental phase..
and the idea of touching on all the disciplines..threshold/progression/speed endurance in all phases, adjusting the frequency of the types of workouts depending on where your at in your training...I will definitely use that....... I never did that before...i was a this workout on this day coach and runner for decades...

very good thanks..

Brad Hudson was a distance running god in high school, running 140 miles a week!!!! I know this because he is from NJ,AND I am from NYC.We both were seniors from that 85 class.I myself won the cross country,3200 indoor, and mile and 2mile outdoor PSAL CHAMP.Brad Hudson would of achieved more, but he overtrained at a young age.Thats why he is such a great coach because he learned from his mistakes, and now shows his runners a better way.

this guy has one reason for being where he is today: Ritz. If never got Ritz, or if he loses Ritz - Bye, Bye Hudson. Amazing that people have fallen hook line and sinker for this charlatan.

Seriously Hank? Ritz may be his "poster child" but his other athletes have run considerably well, and his training theories (read his damn book) are remarkably sound and awesome.

He does have a book. It is short, but sweet. I forget the title, but you can get it from the IAAF website.
