Ryan--PLEASE do something with the ivy league! a wednesday workout? talk to Coach Mark Young of Yale...or profile Jeomi Maduka. We deserve respect, too! And we've definitely got some legit athletes.

Beth Alford-Sullivan on being a female head coach

Beth Alford-Sullivan of Penn State is one of only a few female head coaches in the male dominated profession of track and field head coaches. She has been at Penn State for 10 years (7 years as the women's head coach, 3 years as men's & women's head coach). Here she talks about the transition that took place when she took over at PSU and how she felt it affected those around the program.

Beth talks more about:
- getting started as a coach
- special moments at PSU
