Chill wrote, "its the event that they match with, the style of the athlete."

These seem like euphamisms for race. Maybe an orchestral piece would be refreshing. Look at the opening of Spike Lee's He Got Game where he uses Aaron Coepeland's famous classical piece as the soundtrack to a NYC pick-up basketball game.

Who cares about the connection between the athlete and the style of music? You don't think people can be offended and have the right to be? Wow!

Crazy turn over...but the starts are probably the reason he hasnb't gone under 13s. Great video though.

Aries looks effortless bouncing over those hurdles in those early drills, he has some amazing coordination and muscle recruitment.

You're from Chicago Mark, I knew what you meant about seeing your 4 x 1. Actually, no, now that I think about it, I didn't have a clue, I laughed because Merritt laughed.
Great video.

as a distance boy, sprinter workouts are much harder than ppl reallly realize, esp distance kids. they dont run alot, but everything they do is all out, so the lactic acid build up happens quite a bit, they are by no means fun, good to mix up the workout variety

What's Up   February 4 at 12:10pm
This guy is pretty burly for a distance guy, and what's with the hurdle drills? Is he getting ready for a the steeple? I thought this was Flodistance.

Seriously, loved the technique drills. This guy has serious quickness check out his trail leg drills. He has some serious snap turning it over and getting it down.
Coaching was awesome. He was asking him what woulad happen if... What do you think... He's leading him to figure it out on his own so he remembers what they are trying to correct.
Righteous vids.

Like the workout, more sprinter workouts should be added in the future. (Tyson Gay, Walter Dix, or Shawn Crawford would be nice to see)

I was hoping for a distance workout this week to keep me motivated through the rest of winter. But I was impressed with the workout. Seems like a great guy and I hope he continues to excel. Great music.
