I have to agree with Mighty Porn Stache,

There is no need to appologize for getting the video up later than usual when the product is that good. The interview audio with the workout video was a great touch. The best made Workout Wednesday yet.

Threshold, Really?   May 28 at 7:59am
Everyone talks about how hard the workout felt, how the legs get heavy fast, how the first several felt hard, how it's close to 10k race pace, etc etc. Is this really a threshold workout? At those paces? Doubt it. They were very consistent, all the groups, but I'd call this more of a race pace to VO2 workout than a threshold workout. Threshold is a pace you can hold for about an hour.

Why the hell was the guy running with the wheel when the top 3 girls started their 2nd mile? hahaha...a 72 sec quarter with a wheel! smokin.

GREAT GREAT GREAT WoW vid. Very well edited. It was nice listening to the interview while watching the guys and gals run. After all, there's not a lot to really listen to while someone is actually running. Very very well done flotrack.

If you are talking about 100m 200m sprints then i'd say most of their WO would be in the gym, but when you get to the 400 on up is when WO are more track oriented (not saying the 1 and 200 guys don't do track work).

check out these WOW for some past sprinting work

I was the lone distance runner, amongst some of the top sprinters in Juco at my school last year. There workouts involved a lot of talking to each other, and every once in awhile doing the actual workout. Though they did have a few days that they actual did some work.....Rare though. I agree with this statement.

The wood chip trail is right across Galvez Street from the track (i.e. not near Lake Lag at all). It's about a mile around the outside.

wow what a workout. Video was perfect. gotta love that distance stuff. But some of you sprinting and field folk have a point. I think the guys are distance boys so they can relate to distance. In my opinion Flo track should get some people who could make their own WOW's. One for Distance, sprints, and field.
If that is possible that would be nice. To see a variety.
