Thanks for the insight...I was just talking with a massage therapist this morning about the importance of core training. It's nice to see a variety of exercises to incorporate for a training routine.

wow - didn't even realize that brain fart!

Apologies Ryan, I know its you that always keeps FSU close to heart, even despite being a Tiger deep down.
But yet again, accolades to the camera work/editing on the workout. Very nice perspective/potrayal of us ... yet again. Appreciate it!

Med balls we used last year weighed between 10 and 12 pounds. A couple of guys might have used 14 pounds. They look like the same balls this year.

Looks like a rad core session, a lot of work in one sitting. Though I have to comment on your Bio... I would HARDLY call 3rd place at NCAAs "disappointing." Most of us only dream of getting to our Regional Meets let alone placing 3rd in the NCAA Championships.

Good luck Luke and FSU and take advantage of that 6th year, God knows I wish I had one!

I used to laugh at "core" work. I was old school"..started in the 70's we didnt do no stinkin' core work....pilates and all that "perrier" stuff....
I ran 30 years and 80,000 miles without hardly a proper warmup.......and now?
One hour from now, my wife's gonna take me to the hospital to get an epidural on my lower back.
It came on so fast that it suprised me.
I tried to run one morning and my hips seized up on me...
5 weeks later...I can barely walk.
But it didn't happen "that fast" did it?
If I ever get back, I'll never joke about core again...believe me.
