I remember some advertising in the 80s with a photo of Zola Budd Pieterse running in Brooks, her sponsor at the time, and it said something like IT'S BROOKS OR NOTHING AT ALL, because she ran both barefoot and in shoes. I hope FLOTRACK with go to South Carolina where Zola is living on a visa and racing master's races and cover her a little bit before she goes back to South Africa. She's one of my favorites. She's a volunteer assistant coach at Coastal Carolina. All the Brooks stuff just reminded me of all that.
