I like these segments because it shows these phenoms of the track world as just normal people rather than the larger than life characters that athletes can sometimes be portrayed as.

I guess they don't wash veggies before they throw them in a salad in Sweden? weird.

Wow, did Marc go to Sweden just to film a meetball cookie class, or was there a track event?

yeah that was a ton of seasoning. any idea what seasoning she put in there?

I could definitely go for that. (The food looked pretty good too.) She used more seasoning in her mashed potatoes than my Swedish wife and her 3 Swedish sisters use on all of their food in an average year! It's good to see a spicey Swede!

Did we just 'happen' to be in Karlskrona? Does flotrack have a Gulfstream IV now or something? :) Always a pleasure to visit with Mrs. Kluft.
